Happy Wednesday! We have the following announcements and reminders for this week:
- February/March Important Dates - Please be sure to review upcoming important dates for the month of February/March. There is no school on the following dates: February 8, 15 and 26.
- WIIN Project: Testing for Lead in Drinking Water at Schools - Waiāhole Elementary School has been chosen for this project along with other schools statewide. Review the flyer and letter from Complex Area Superintendent Matt Ho about the upcoming project.
- Culture Parade ʻOhana Event - Join us for Waiahole School's Culture Parade on Friday, March 12th at 1:30 p.m. Decorate your vehicle to represent your culture and drive through Waiahole School's parking lot. Students will vote for the top 3 Best Showcase of Culture vehicles. Prizes will be awarded!!! RSVP by Feb. 24th to secure a spot in our parade!

- Kānehūnāmoku Voyaging Academy - In order to continue this partnership, we need all ʻohana to return KVA forms. KVA gets grants in order to be able to work with our keiki. They need student forms to continue working with our school. Please kokua.
